    *The timeframe varies upon how fast the client responds to each step during the design process. Clients have up until 7 days to respond to each step to ensure that we stay close to our timeline.

  • Squarespace is one of the most reputable website builders in the world and for many reasons. It has the best modern design features which makes your site stand out and easy for you to update. Every site that is built is mobile-friendly, SEO-friendly, and the hosting & customer support is top of the line.
    *Woodlands does not make a commission off of Squarespace, so this is just a humble & honest opinion.

  • Branding Experience: 1 week of unlimited revisions for the primary & secondary logos

    Website Design Experience: 2 weeks of unlimited revisions. One week to focus on the homepage, and one week to focus on the inner pages.

    The purpose behind 1 week of revisions is to keep the vision at the forefront of our minds, and to ensure that the turnaround is quick. The last thing you want is to work with a designer for months which will prolong the return your investment.

  • Woodlands Marketing doesn’t have a particular style. Instead, we want to always bring our client’s vision to life - with their target audience’s style being the reason behind our design style for each project. Every business is different and has a different style. However, we do think our sweet spot is the rustic, elegant designs.

    Our goal for every project is for our designs to be timeless, not just trendy. Trends come and go. Timeless stands the test of time.

  • The next step is to schedule a clarity call. A clarity call is a way for us to learn more about your business, hear your vision, explain the design process and answer any questions you may have. After the clarity call, we will send over a custom proposal and contract and then we will get started on your project.

  • Branding is the DNA of your business. If you want your brand to succeed your audience needs to have a consistent experience of your brand wherever and however they encounter it. Your branding needs to be consistent across your website, your social media, your print materials, packaging, etc.

    If you have a high-quality product but low-quality branding then you’re sending different messages to your target audience. One of the advantages of investing in branding is that it allows you to charge a premium for your product.

  • A website makes a lasting impression and you want it to be a good one, especially with how the next generation makes purchases. A custom website design when strategically built for your business will save you time, increase your online presence, establish credibility, allow you to charge a premium, and convert browsers into buyers.

  • Of course! Before you go live, we will do an hour 1:1 website training so that you can confidently update your website. We don’t offer monthly maintenance, but we do offer updates and design changes as needed on an hourly basis. Just reach out and tell us what you need.

  • No. We highly encourage investing in brand photography because it will greatly impact your website, social media & marketing materials. However, it is not required to build a website and we can offer you a wide range of stock photography.

Contact Woodlands Marketing here to schedule a clarity call. Once we’ve received your email we will schedule a clarity call. A clarity call is a way for us to learn more about your business, the vision for your project and a way for us to answer any questions you may have about the design process. Once we’ve learned more about the scope of the project we will send over a custom proposal and contract. After the contract has been signed an invoice for 50% of the payment will be due.

THE STRATEGY PHASE

You will receive a Welcome Packet and be sent over a Content Map. The Content Map is an in-depth questionnaire that will allow us to gather your vision, imagery, and content. The Content Map is a great way to have all of your content in one place which will eliminate back-and-forth emails in the future (no one likes long email chains). After the Content Map has been filled out, we will schedule a Strategy Zoom call where we will combine your vision, and content and will provide our marketing strategies to ensure that your project attracts your target market and turns them into loyal buyers.

THE BUILDING PHASE

This is where we will piece together our strategized content and your vision, and pair it with our expertise in marketing and design - bringing the project to life. We work quickly, thoroughly, and efficiently to get projects completed. After the design has been completed we will send it over to you and will enter into the revision phase.

THE REVISION PHASE

No one wants a design project to go on for months and months. When you have a long revision period paired with multiple rounds of revisions - the vision gets blurry and slowly but surely the project loses excitement and gets placed on the back burner of everyone’s to-do list. That’s why we pride ourselves in the power of our action-packed 1 week of unlimited revisions. During the revision week, we will be laser-focused on making sure you are 100% happy with the results of the design.
- Web design clients will have two weeks of unlimited revision. One week will be the revisions for the homepage and one week will be the revisions for the inner pages.
- Branding & marketing material clients will have one week of revisions.

LAUNCH & GROW YOUR BUSINESS

This is the most exciting part! This is where we prepare you to launch the project.
- Branding Clients: We will send over your custom Brand Guide (+files) to teach you how to implement your branding for future advertising & marketing campaigns.
- Website Design Clients: We will provide an hour of 1:1 Squarespace training so you can confidently update your website as your business continues to grow.
